ACM is a kind of elastomer mainly composed of various acrylates (mainly composed of ethyl acrylate and butyl acrylate) and a small amount of monomers with active groups that can provide cross-linking reactions. Chemical structure: CH2=CHCOOR. In the molecular structure, the main chain is saturated and there are many polar esters on the side chain. Advantages. Heat resistance is inferior to FKM, silicone, Vamac, continuous use in 150~170℃. Good oil resistance. Good weather resistance and ozone resistance. Disadvantages. Lack of elasticity and poor physical properties. Poor water and steam resistance Poor cold resistance.
